Coaching for Self-Discovery: Self-Coaching With a Clear Structure

Self-discovery takes more than good intentions. This is a guided self-coaching programme: you work through structured exercises on your talents, values and purpose – with feedback from a certified coach.

    How self-coaching works here

    1. 1. Clarify your starting point

In the free first call we map where you are and what self-discovery concretely means for you.

    2. 2. Make talents visible

With CliftonStrengths® 34 and values diagnostics you recognise patterns you have only sensed so far.

    3. 3. Self-coaching exercises

Workbooks and weekly exercises guide you through strengths, values and purpose at your own pace.

    4. 4. Anchor it in daily work

You transfer insights to your role, team and next steps – supported in live sessions or 1:1.
