    In brief

Duration, process and who the consultation is for

The three most common questions before booking – answered in two sentences each.

How long does the free initial consultation take?

30 minutes are scheduled; in practice the call lasts 30 to 45 minutes. It is free and non-binding – no preparation required.

How exactly does the consultation work?

In three steps: first we understand your situation and your concern, then we sharpen the actual goal together, and finally you get a clear recommendation for the next step – 1:1 coaching, a group programme, an assessment, or the honest note that coaching is not the right fit right now.

Who is the initial consultation for?

For people between 30 and 50 seeking professional or personal reorientation, for leaders who want to lead with purpose and strengths, and for teams and HR leads in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Coaching in Germany and Austria is 100 % remote.
