How your coaching in Zurich
From first contact to lasting results, we guide you through four clearly structured steps. Each phase builds on the previous one and makes sure your progress stays visible — no detours, no wasted time.
We work with you in Zurich flexibly: fully online via video call or on-site during coaching retreats in the area. Every process is tailored to your professional, family and cultural situation — whether you've lived in Zurich for years, just arrived as an expat, or commute regularly.
1. Free introductory call
In 30 minutes we clarify your need, possible goals and whether we're a fit. Non-binding, via video call or on site.
2. Assessment & analysis
You complete the CliftonStrengths® and (optionally) Profilingvalues assessment online. We debrief the results together.
3. Coaching sessions
In 4–6 sessions of 60–90 minutes we translate your top talents into concrete situations — leadership, career or team.
4. Transfer & sustainability
Follow-up sessions secure the transfer into your daily work — optionally with a reflection log and personal development plan.
Getting there & location
Getting there & location for coaching in Zurich
In-person coaching sessions in Zurich take place in quiet, professional rooms — the exact meeting point is agreed after the introductory call. Alternatively, we welcome you at our main location at Seftigenstrasse 302, 3084 Wabern near Bern (10 minutes from Bern main station by tram and S-Bahn, parking nearby). Prefer remote? Our video coaching offers the same quality with no travel. Evening and Saturday appointments are available on request.
