The written summaries and worksheets accompany every module. Videos and live sessions are held in German.

    Module 1 – Strengths foundation

    Content in brief

You learn how Gallup distinguishes talent from knowledge and skill, and why your 34 themes are a ranking rather than a rating. You then map your themes onto the four domains and read your report section by section.

    Working materials

    • Reading guide for the CliftonStrengths® report
    • Overview of the 34 themes and 4 domains

Module 2 – Your top strengths in detail

    Content in brief

Each of your Top 5 strengths is broken down individually: core, motive and typical impact on others. You then look at how your themes combine and describe your personal pattern in your own words.

    Working materials

    • Deep-dive sheet per Top 5 strength (5 × PDF)
    • Template “My strengths in my own words”
    • Example phrasings for interviews, team and leadership

Module 3 – Shadow sides & blind spots

    Working materials

    • Self-check “My three pitfalls” (PDF)
    • Overuse table for all 34 themes
    • Reflection questions on blind spots

Module 4 – Strengths at work & in leadership

    Working materials

    • Template “Redesign your role profile”
    • Weekly planner based on strengths (PDF & Excel)
    • Guide to strengths-based feedback

Module 5 – Strengths in relationships

    • Template for clarifying expectations
    • Phrasing help for feedback and boundaries

    Module 6 – Integration & purpose

Coaching is solution- and future-focused – designed for healthy people seeking clarity, growth or change. Psychotherapy treats mental health conditions and often works with the past. For acute symptoms like depression or burnout we recommend parallel medical care – coaching does not replace therapy.
