Before the first session you complete a short preparation form. This page explains what happens next, what your personal summary contains and how we start the first conversation with it. Your own summary is reachable only through the link in your confirmation email – it is never public.
The four steps
1. Complete the form
You note up to three goals for your coaching, open questions and anything important for the start. Time needed: about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Personal summary
Right after submitting you receive a confirmation email with a private link to your summary. You can reopen and print it at any time.
3. Review before the session
Your notes are read before the appointment, so the session starts with your topic instead of generic warm-up questions.
4. First session
Together we sharpen your goals, prioritise them and define the next concrete steps.
What your summary contains
The summary shows your own answers only – nothing is added or interpreted.
Your goals
The goals you wrote, in your own words, listed one by one.
Further notes
Open points, tasks and anything else that matters to you.
Strengths context
Your notes on talents and strengths, if you bring a report.
Report status
Whether you bring a printed strengths report to the session.
Privacy
Your personal summary is reachable through an individual link, blocked for search engines and visible only to you and your coach. Without a valid link no content is shown.

Coaching is solution- and future-focused – designed for healthy people seeking clarity, growth or change. Psychotherapy treats mental health conditions and often works with the past. For acute symptoms like depression or burnout we recommend parallel medical care – coaching does not replace therapy.
