Coaching and strengths questions – the answers

These are the questions our chat assistant and we hear most often in a first conversation. Here are the answers to read at your own pace – sorted by topic, no sign-up.

    Coaching – the basics

    What is purpose coaching?
Purpose coaching clarifies what you work for and which role fits you. We connect three levels: your talents, your values and your personality patterns. The result is not a vision on the wall but a decision you can act on next Monday.
Who is coaching for – and who is it not for?
It fits people in career transition, leaders, and teams who want to clarify how they work together. It is not a substitute for therapy: with medically diagnosed exhaustion, depression or an anxiety disorder, a clinical professional is the right first address.
    Does coaching also work online?
Yes. Sessions run by video and are equivalent in substance to meeting in person. Clients in Germany and Austria work with us fully remote; in Switzerland both options are available.

    Strengths and Gallup CliftonStrengths®

What is the Gallup test (CliftonStrengths®)?
A scientifically validated online assessment that ranks your talent patterns. What matters is not the list but the debrief: in coaching we translate the themes into concrete tasks, roles and collaboration.
What does strengths coaching actually deliver?
You learn which tasks give you energy and which drain you systematically. That produces decisions: different role designs, clearer delegation, stronger application arguments – and a shared language for talking about differences in your team.
Do I need all 34 strengths or are the top 5 enough?
The top 5 are enough for a first orientation. If you want to redesign roles, lead better or change career direction, work with the full profile across all 34 themes – that is where the blind spots become visible.

    Process, duration and costs

How does a coaching process work?
First a free 30-minute conversation to clarify where you stand, then the diagnostics (strengths, values, personality), then the coaching sessions with tasks in between. At the end you receive a written result you can keep working with.
How many sessions do I need?
A single decision often takes only a few sessions. For a career change or leadership development, plan a process over several months – behaviour does not change in one appointment.
    What does coaching cost?
Prices are listed transparently on the offer pages – per package, in CHF, including the number of sessions and assessments. The 30-minute first conversation is free and without obligation.

    Your question is not listed?

The chat assistant answers questions about coaching, strengths and the process right on the page – in English, German, French and Spanish.
