    What to expect

    Stop guessing

We replace gut feeling with two validated assessments so 'what is my purpose?' becomes a question you can actually answer.

    A clear direction

You leave with a written purpose statement and 3–5 concrete next steps – not a vague mood-board.

    Built on your strengths

Your purpose isn't somewhere out there. It lives in the patterns that already make you you – we surface them.

    Decisions, not theory

We translate insight into real decisions: career, business, relationships, what to say no to.

    How it works

    1. Free 30-min call

We clarify where you're stuck on the 'what is my purpose?' question and whether this process is right for you.

    2. Strengths & values assessments

You complete Gallup CliftonStrengths® and profilingvalues. We interpret them together – this is where most people first see their purpose clearly.

    3. Purpose blueprint

We write a one-page purpose statement and a 90-day action plan you actually want to follow.

    Who is this for?

    • You're successful on paper but quietly asking 'is this really it?'
    • You're between chapters – job change, sabbatical, after a big life event – and want clarity before the next move.
    • You're tired of generic 'find your why' content and want a process backed by real data.
    • You want a coach who challenges you with method, not motivational quotes.
„I spent years reading every book on purpose. Six weeks of structured work with my Purpose Coach gave me more clarity than the previous decade."

How to find your purpose – a method that actually works

Most 'find your purpose' advice asks you to imagine your funeral, list your values from a sheet of 200 words, or follow your bliss. It sounds inspiring and rarely changes anything – because it ignores the only stable source of purpose: who you actually are. Your purpose is the intersection of what you're naturally great at, what you deeply care about, and what the world is willing to pay or thank you for. Guesswork can't map that intersection. Data can.

We use two assessments to do that mapping. Gallup CliftonStrengths® identifies your top talents from 34 themes – the patterns you already use unconsciously and that energise rather than drain you. profilingvalues makes your value system measurable: what you protect, what you fight for, what you'd rather walk away from than compromise on. Together, these two reports tell a surprisingly specific story about why certain work, relationships and projects light you up and others quietly exhaust you.

Then we translate. In two to four sessions, we turn raw assessment data into a written purpose statement – one or two sentences specific enough that you can use them to make actual decisions. Decisions like: take this job or not, start this business or wait, say yes to this opportunity or protect your energy. You leave with a 90-day plan and a coach in your corner if you want to go further.

It works online (Zoom) for clients anywhere in the world and in person in Bern, Switzerland. There's no pressure to commit beyond the free 30-minute call – we'll tell you honestly if this is the right process for where you are right now.

    Frequently asked questions

Your purpose isn't a single sentence handed to you from outside – it's the consistent thread that connects what you're naturally great at, what you care about most, and the contribution you want to make. In our process, we surface that thread by measuring your top strengths (Gallup CliftonStrengths®) and your value system (profilingvalues), then writing it down as a one-page statement specific enough to guide real decisions.
