Who leads the course
The course is led by Philipp Fuchs, Certified Purpose Coach®, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and profilingvalues® partner. He has accompanied clients since 2016 and has delivered more than 400 individual sessions in that time.
The course is run by WBC Wellbeing Business Community GmbH. Enneagram work here serves self-reflection and application at work – it is neither diagnosis nor therapy.

Enneagram course online, in Zurich and across Switzerland
The course runs as an Enneagram course for Switzerland: join online via Zoom from Zurich, Basel, St. Gallen, Lucerne or Ticino without travel time. The group stays small so everyone works on their own cases.
As an online Enneagram course, the day runs live via Zoom – not as a recording: you need a camera, a microphone and a room where you can speak undisturbed. Work happens in breakout groups, nothing is recorded, and materials arrive as a PDF before the course day.
If you prefer to attend in person, our location is Wabern near Bern, about 75 minutes by train from Zurich main station. Company and team courses take place in Zurich or at your offices on request.
Billing is in Swiss francs (CHF 390 per seat), with an invoice to your company address on request.

Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to take an Enneagram test first?
No. A test result is a useful starting point but not a requirement. In the course you form two candidate types anyway and test them against your own situations.
What does the course cost?
The price is shown with each published date in the reservation form – the amount for the date you choose is binding. For several seats the form calculates the total directly.
Can I reserve seats for my team?
Yes, up to ten seats per reservation. For an internal team format at your site, write to us in the form field – we confirm date, duration and price in writing beforehand.
Is the course online or in person?
Both are possible. The published dates run live online via Zoom; in-person sessions take place in Wabern near Bern. Each date states which format applies.
Is this a certification?
No. It serves your own reflection and application at work. A certification qualifies you to work with clients, takes months and ends with a credential.
How can I combine the course with coaching?
Many participants book one or two individual sessions a few weeks after the course day to deepen the transfer into leadership, feedback and decisions.
Is the Enneagram practice course held in Zurich?
The scheduled dates run live online via Zoom, so you can join from Zurich with no travel time.
